Boxing & Strength Class

This boxing class will move quickly through jump rope, strength training and mitt work intervals. The goal is to minimize the rest period and maximize the training round. The class can be easily adjusted to all levels. Each person is expected to push themselves as hard as they can during jump rope rounds or plyometric drills. Mitt work will focus on fundamentals and give the high level students a chance to build more counter-punching into their round.
