WORKSHOPS:

POW has built an alliance with Illinois Krav Maga in Highland Park. Sue Garski, school Owner and Head Krav Maga Instructor will be participating in the New Year's 10 Krav Maga Workshop Series. We will be featuring 3 topics in the first quarter of 2012.

Krav Maga: An Intro to Gun Defense

Krav Maga: Self Defense for Women

They will take place at 3 locations: The West Loop (at POW), Rivernoth (POW's satellite location 1030 N Larrabee) and Highland Park (2200 Skokie Valley Road).

Each workshop is $99.00 per person. They are each 2 hours long. Everyone must arrive 20 minutes before class. POW! Gold Members will receive a discount.

Skills and Fitness Testing on Saturday, Jan 28th at 1pm. This event is a chance for you to test your knowledge and see what level you are at. Testing is $20 for GOLD members and $30 for students with other programs. It includes a sweatshirt which is where you will place you patches of accomplishment. Skill sheets are available - please contact Katalin if you are intersted.

Krav Maga Level 1 Test: Are you interested in seeing what level you are at in Krav Maga. Try taking your level test on Feb 9th. Level testing is $40 for GOLD members. See Katalin for details.

POW Kids Expands Programming! Got kids? Get their bodies and minds active with our full roster of classes for kids ages 18mo-15yrs. POW! Students get an automatic 10% OFF POW! Kids Programming!

You do not need to register for class online if you have a regular membership, just for special events.
